High current The generator is a special equipment specially designed and manufactured for electric power departments and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct current load tests and temperature rise tests on electrical equipment such as various switches, current transformers and other electrical equipment.
This series of products adopts a split/integrated structure depending on the volume and weight of the product. It has the characteristics of stepless adjustment of the output current, a large range of current rise and balanced load changes, reliable operation, simple and safe operation, etc. It is an ideal equipment for industrial and mining enterprises to conduct upflow or temperature rise tests.
Note the rated output of the current generator: middle, the left is series and the right is parallel output parameters

There should be no place around the product that would seriously affect the insulation of the transformer, such as gas vapor, chemical deposits of dust, dirt and other explosive media.
Four working principles:
After this series of products is plugged into the working power supply, the output voltage of the voltage regulator is adjusted to obtain the large current required for the test.
Connect the working circuit according to the electrical schematic diagram. The transformer shell, operating table, etc. must be well grounded.
Turn on the power and the green indicator light on the console will light up. Press the start button, the red indicator light will light up, and the upflow device is waiting for upflow.
Rotate the voltage regulator evenly clockwise and pay attention to the output current indication on the operating table until the required high current is reached. In order to ensure test accuracy, a standard ammeter can be connected in series to the instrument terminal.
During the test, if any abnormality is discovered, the power supply should be cut off immediately and the cause should be identified before conducting the test.
After the test is completed, the voltage regulator must be returned to zero, press the stop button to cut off the power supply, and then cut off the working power supply before removing the test wiring to ensure safety.
This equipment is designed for short-term operation, so it is not allowed to work at rated capacity for a long time. In particular, it is not allowed to operate beyond the rated current to prevent overheating. The time is as follows:

Newly installed and long-term unused transformers, Before operation, use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the coils and the coil to the ground. It can be used only when the resistance value is not lower than megohms.
The upstream transformer and operating platform must be reliably grounded during use to ensure safety.
The flow should rise slowly and evenly during use, and excessive vibration should be avoided during transportation.
The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the brush should be kept clean. If necessary, wipe it clean with cotton gauze dipped in % alcohol.
This equipment should be kept in a clean, ventilated, dry and indoor location.
