. Gas station promotion prospects
Skid-mounted car gas station adds storage tanks, gas dispensers, cryogenic pumps, unloading superchargers, and storage tanks. Pressurizers, pipelines, control valves and other equipment are centrally and fixedly installed on a skid, which is suitable for the promotion of automobile gas filling projects and the development of other small-scale customers.
Automobiles have the advantages of economy, safety, environmental protection, convenience, and mobility. They are the development direction of natural gas vehicles and an ideal way for cities to develop natural gas vehicles on a large scale. Test data shows that when buses use fuel, their comprehensive exhaust emissions can be reduced compared with fuel vehicles. According to statistics, urban air pollution comes from the exhaust of motor vehicles. The development of automobiles and the construction of car gas stations are effective measures to control vehicle emission pollution and improve the quality of the atmospheric environment.
The skid-mounted vehicle gas station is a skid that centrally and fixedly installs cryogenic storage tanks, gas dispensers, cryogenic pumps, unloading boosters, storage tank boosters, pipelines, control valves and other equipment in the manufacturing plant. It has the characteristics of high integration, easy installation, maneuverability and flexibility, safety and reliability, and easy operation. It is mainly used for the promotion of automobile gas filling projects and other small-scale customer development. The technology and construction of skid-mounted vehicle gas stations are in the development stage in my country, and there is still a lot of room for innovation and optimization of gas stations in the future.
3. Classification of gas filling stations
Gas filling stations are divided into two categories:
One is a fixed gas filling station and the other is a skid-mounted gas filling station, also known as a portable gas filling station. Mobile gas filling station
Fixed gas filling station equipment consists of: storage tank, cryogenic pump skid, and filling machine respectively fixedly installed on the station.
Skid-mounted gas filling station equipment consists of: storage tank, cryogenic pump skid, vaporizer, and filling machine, all assembled on a skid body to facilitate overall transportation.
