Four self-leveling cement construction methods
Self-leveling cement before construction Base treatment: Remove floating ash, oil, dirt and loose matter from the base before construction. If the base layer is seriously uneven, you can first use cement mortar to make it smooth.
Interface treatment: In order to strengthen the bonding performance between leveling and the base layer, a layer of interface treatment agent needs to be applied to the cleaned base layer.
For the configuration and pouring of mortar, continuously pour the powder into a mixing bucket filled with clean water while stirring with a powerful mixer. After all the powder is added, stir vigorously for another minute. The stirred slurry is continuously poured onto the surface of the foundation to avoid unevenness at the joints.
Curing can be hardened about an hour after pouring. Curing can start every two days (hours). It can be watered, sprayed with a small amount of water, covered with straw bags, etc., and maintained for more than a week.
