3. Reducer, also called reducer, is suitable for B/3 type scraper conveyor used in coal mines. This reducer is mainly used as a 3kW reducer for mining scraper conveyors.
This reducer is a three-stage spiral cylindrical gear reducer. The reducer is installed on the side of the conveyor head frame and arranged parallel to the conveyor. The four shafts of the reducer are the output shafts. The splines of the four shafts drive the conveyor sprocket. The first shaft of the reducer is connected to the motor through a coupling to complete the functions of deceleration and power transmission.

3. Structure of the reducer Compared with the general mining cone and cylindrical gear reducers, it is greatly improved. The first axis adopts one set of double row radial spherical roller bearings and two sets of single row radial ball bearings. The axial force generated when the arc bevel gear rotates is borne by two sets of single row radial ball bearings. Double row radial ball roller bearings rely on splash lubrication. Two sets of single row radial thrust ball bearings are lubricated with sodium-based grease. The axial position and axial clearance of the shaft arc bevel gear are ensured by adjusting the adjustment pads at both ends of the single row radial thrust bearing.
The reducer box is symmetrical up and down to meet the different needs of left and right work underground. When replacing the left and right working surfaces, an air plug must be installed on the upper cover and an oil plug must be installed on the lower cover. The reducer uses No. 1 extreme pressure gear oil or No. 1 hyperbola gear oil to lubricate the gears. The injection amount is the tooth width of the immersed large bevel gear.
