The mixed gas test equipment is designed and manufactured according to the standard B. "Sulfur Dioxide Corrosion Test of Contact Points and Connectors". It is suitable for corrosion tests of sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide gases. Nitrogen dioxide and chlorine can also be added for mixed gas tests. The equipment uses mixed gases of sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, and chlorine to accelerate corrosion of materials or products under a certain temperature and relative humidity environment, and reproduce the degree of damage suffered by materials or products within a certain time range. The equipment can be used to assess the resistance to mixed gas corrosion of materials and their protective layers, as well as to compare the process quality of similar protective layers. It can also be used to assess the resistance of certain products to mixed gas corrosion.
The equipment can reach any temperature point from ℃ to ℃ in the test working space and maintain it constant. Continuously introduce a certain concentration of two mixed gases into a box with a specified volume, and conduct a corrosion test on materials or products while keeping the concentration, temperature, and relative humidity constant
The material used to manufacture this equipment is a corrosion-resistant shell. Imported plastic sheets and liner imported sheets are high temperature resistant, do not react with sulfur dioxide and several other gases, do not absorb several mixed gases, and do not affect the test results. This equipment is designed to balance internal and external pressures during operation, and the mixed gas flows at a constant speed inside the box. Moreover, the design takes into consideration that condensation water will be generated on the top, inner wall and other parts of the equipment. Therefore, the top of the box is designed to have an optimal angle. During the test of the equipment, condensation water will not drip onto the sample and affect the test results.
The corrosion test chamber has a beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, smooth and natural lines. The outer shell material of the box is made of imported plastic sheets, with a smooth and bright appearance without scratches, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and no leakage. The inner tank is made of imported plastic sheet with the highest temperature resistance. Various auxiliary accessories and facilities are also corrosion-resistant and have reasonable structural design.
The oversized door is made of tempered glass and sealed with corrosion-resistant silicone rubber. It is also corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and has no leakage. During the test, the indoor test conditions can be clearly observed from the outside without affecting the test results. The door and box body are strongly sealed with corrosion-resistant silicone rubber to prevent gas from escaping, which would affect the test results and corrode other equipment in the room, and may even cause harm to test operators.
The box is heated using a titanium heater, which heats up quickly and distributes temperature and humidity evenly. The sample rack is designed according to national standards and can also be hooked. Various gases are first configured to the required concentration according to the requirements. After coming out of the cylinder, they are decompressed and then controlled by the corrosion-resistant solenoid valve to enter the mixing box from the flow meter. Then they enter the box together with the temperature and humidity air in the air-conditioning cabinet. The shunt pipe at the bottom passes through the box evenly, and the concentration can be detected and controlled by concentration detectors of various gases.
The refrigeration system of the equipment is installed in the air conditioning cabinet on the left side of the equipment, and mainly plays the role of cooling and dehumidification.
The equipment control system is designed on the right side of the box and is easy to operate. The specially designed corrosive gas filtering device can quickly and effectively filter the remaining gas in the box after the test. The remaining gas will not pollute the atmosphere and is easy to operate.
