2. Coal slime dryer system and working principle

Rotary drum horizontal dryers are generally used to dry high-humidity materials. The diameter of the cylinder is not large, but the length is longer than that of ordinary drying equipment. The coal slime drying system consists of four parts, namely the heat source part, the feeding part, the drying cylinder part, and the discharging part.
The heat source part can use a combustion chamber to burn coal, or it can be high-temperature exhaust gas from a power plant or other industrial sectors. The feeding part consists of coal slime dispersing equipment and conveying equipment, which is responsible for transporting coal slime into the drying cylinder. The drying cylinder part consists of a cylinder and a transmission device, and is the core component of the coal slime drying equipment. The discharging part consists of a discharging device and conveying equipment, which is responsible for transporting the dried coal slime to the stacking location.
