3. Solution maintenance
:
Low load applications can be directly Supplement with a zinc precipitating agent for aluminum materials with strong corrosion resistance. For every .g/liter of sodium hydroxide, you can add zinc precipitating agent for aluminum materials with strong corrosion resistance. Without addition, one liter of solution can treat 1,000 square meters of workpiece.
In high-load applications (such as aluminum alloy wheel hub electroplating), zinc sinking agent and B can be used to supplement the metal components and adjust the alkalinity respectively.
Add according to the specific gravity of the solution: (volume ratio) or (volume ratio) zinc precipitating agent B supplement and (volume ratio) supplement can be added to increase the specific gravity of one unit.
Add according to the analysis results:
Add according to the titration value: for each increase of the titration value, you can add 3.0 ml/L
Add according to the concentration of sodium hydroxide per increase.g/L Sodium hydroxide content, you can add ml/L B.
Notes:
Supplement B is a strongly alkaline solution. When adding, it needs to be added in small amounts and multiple times with stirring to avoid local overheating of the solution during work.
The working fluid contains chemicals, so be careful when handling it to avoid mixing it with acid, which may cause danger.
Do not add a large amount of additives during production, but add small amounts multiple times to mix the working solution evenly and avoid roughening the working surface.
The working temperature should be less than 3℃. If the temperature is too high, the zinc crystal will be rough and the bonding force between the substrate and the subsequent electroplating layer will be reduced.
