Product dosing
Continuous dosing can greatly reduce reverse osmosis and sodium Fouling of membrane filter systems. It is recommended to operate at the highest frequency of the metering pump and adjust the dose by adjusting the stroke of the pump to effectively protect the membrane system.
The preferred solution is to use a closed feeding system to add pure fluid to avoid contamination from foreign impurities (a closed feeding system means that the fluid flows directly from a closed storage container into the treatment medium without being exposed to the atmosphere but is usually discharged The gas or pressure safety device is still open to the atmosphere).
(Only) It can be diluted with reverse osmosis effluent and the following requirements should be followed:
. Dilute with reverse osmosis water.
.Re-prepare the antiscalant solution every day.
.Check the antiscalant daily dosage storage container before refilling the solution. If necessary, clean the storage container before adding.
.Dilution ratios of up to 10 times are usually used. If a higher dilution ratio is used, special attention should be paid to the state (cleanliness) of the antiscalant storage container and the solution should be prepared again every day.
.Can be added to the diluent to increase the value to - It is especially recommended to be used in warmer environmental conditions to prevent the growth of microorganisms.
The dosage depends on the chemical properties of the feed water, membrane type and system operating parameters (such as recovery rate, temperature and pressure, etc.). These parameters determine the fouling species that may cause membrane module fouling. It is recommended to use special antiscalant calculation software to select the optimal dosage. This software can select the appropriate antiscalant and calculate the appropriate dosage based on the design and operation of the r system and the chemical characteristics of the inlet and concentrated water ends. The software is easy to use and automatically calculates various results.
