4. How to use
Remove floating dust and dust on the old concrete pasting surface If there are honeycombs, oil stains and dirt on the surface, cracks should be repaired and leveled, and the bonding surface of the steel plate should be smoothed and derusted.
When dispensing glue, strictly follow the proportions of the components and mix thoroughly. There should be no precipitation and color difference. The container should be clean and free of dust, moisture and oil stains. Mechanical stirring must be used to ensure that the components are mixed evenly

Use a spatula to apply the prepared glue on the surface of the treated concrete and steel plate at the same time (when applying glue, the horizontal glue should be thick in the middle and thin on the edge. The vertical glue should be thick at the top and thin at the bottom. There should be no leakage) and then stick the steel plate to the predetermined position. If there is no hollow sound, it means that it has been pasted tightly. Otherwise, the steel plate should be peeled off and re-glued.
After the steel plate is pasted, it should be fixed under pressure until the glue liquid overflows from the periphery of the steel plate. The steel plate should not be partially decompressed during the pressurization. If the pressure is above ℃, the pressure can be relieved after an hour. It can be used under stress after a few days. If it is lower than ℃, artificial heating or extended curing waiting time can be used. After solidification and pressure relief, anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatments should be done.
5. Transportation and Storage
This product is not a dangerous product and can be transported by ordinary means of transportation. It must not be tilted upside down or exposed to the sun or rain.
