The sulfur dioxide test equipment uses sulfur dioxide gas to accelerate corrosion of materials or products under a certain temperature and relative humidity environment to reproduce the degree of damage suffered by the material or product within a certain time range. The equipment can be used to assess the resistance to sulfur dioxide corrosion of materials and their protective layers and to compare the process quality of similar protective layers. It can also be used to assess the resistance to sulfur dioxide corrosion of certain products.

The oversized door is made of tempered glass and has a corrosion-resistant silicone rubber seal that is also corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and leak-free. During the test, the indoor test conditions can be clearly observed from the outside without affecting the test results. The box heats up quickly and the temperature and humidity are evenly distributed. The sample rack is designed according to national standards and can also be hooked. After the sulfur dioxide (hydrogen sulfide) gas comes out of the cylinder, it is decompressed and then controlled by a corrosion-resistant solenoid valve. It enters the shunt pipe at the bottom of the box from the flow meter and mixes evenly with the air in the box. The refrigeration system of the equipment is installed on the left side of the equipment and mainly plays the role of cooling and dehumidification.
The equipment control system is designed on the right side of the box for easy operation. The specially designed sulfur dioxide gas filtering device can quickly and effectively filter the residual sulfur dioxide (hydrogen sulfide) gas in the box after the test. The remaining gas will not cause pollution to the atmosphere and is easy to operate.
