A transparent window is set at a reasonable position on the door to observe changes in the indoor sample. The observation window uses multi-layer hollow tempered glass, which has the advantages of transparency, heat insulation, and resistance to steam frosting.
The interlayer between the inner liner and outer shell of the equipment is filled with high-density fiberglass wool to ensure that the box will not cause excessive temperature fluctuations due to temperature conduction and that the temperature of the sample will remain constant during the test.
The equipment uses a long-axis fan motor for stirring and a stainless steel multi-wing impeller that is resistant to high and low temperatures to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation to make the temperature in the laboratory uniform and stable.
Double-layer high-temperature-resistant high-tensile sealing strips are used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the test area. Operation is easier with reaction-free door handles. Set one or more test holes at a reasonable position on the left side of the box to allow external test power lines or signal lines. The arrangement of the hole diameter or number of holes must be instructed by the user.
High-quality fixed movable wheels are installed at the bottom of the machine, making it easy to move the machine to a designated location and finally secure the casters.

Control system
The temperature, humidity and concentration control part of the equipment adopts a programmable controller imported from Taiwan. Programming is simple, and the temperature, humidity and concentration control is stable and the large-screen touch screen display and operation are stable. The main electrical components of the equipment, such as circuit breakers, AC contactors, and small relays, are all of Schneider brand, and other electrical accessories are of well-known domestic brands.
The time controller of the equipment controls the time required for the test and is easy to operate. When the equipment reaches the set time, it automatically stops the test and automatically enters the equilibrium state to cool down.

Ozone Generator
The electrode adopts welding process of quartz glass tube electrode. There are no impurities and no glue sealing. It is not easy to cause electrode breakdown and aging. The electrode has a long service life and high-frequency surface discharge. Ceramic corona generator electrode is protected by the ceramic matrix. Due to the limitations of the manufacturing process, the electrodes are prone to breakdown when used under different environmental humidity conditions.
Due to the medium frequency and high voltage power supply method, the electrode will not produce corona overheating, so the ozone concentration generated is stable and will not cause the ozone concentration to decrease with the working time or the level of gas flow. The high-frequency surface discharge ceramic corona generator uses high-frequency voltage discharge, which causes ozone to decompose due to overheating when the temperature of the discharge area cannot be effectively dissipated, so it is suitable to be used under high airflow conditions.
It works without wearing components and is maintenance-free and has a long life. For high-frequency surface discharge ceramic corona generators, the surface of ceramic electrodes is prone to oxidation attachments. When the surface oxide is too thick, it is easy to produce corona blockage. If not cleaned in time, ozone will not be generated.
