Working principle:
Low-temperature storage box: The temperature inside the box is determined by the working status of the heater, evaporator and fan in the air duct. The refrigerant throttled out by the expansion valve enters the evaporator in the working room, absorbs the heat in the working room and vaporizes, lowering the temperature of the working room. The vaporized working fluid is sucked into the compressor and compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which enters the condenser and is condensed. The liquid is then passed through the screening process and finally throttled by the expansion valve, and then enters the evaporator in the working room to absorb heat and vaporize, and then is sucked and compressed by the compressor. Such reciprocating loop work makes the studio temperature drop to the set temperature requirement

High temperature storage box: The central controller detects the real-time signal from the temperature sensing element and compares it with the set temperature signal to obtain a comparison signal, which is output by the D logic circuit of the instrument. The signal controls the on or off time of the solid state relay to adjust the output power of the heater in proportion to achieve the purpose of automatic temperature control.

Impact temperature test chamber: The high and low temperature air valve is automatically controlled by the instrument to switch between the low temperature or high temperature storage chamber, respectively, forming a closed-circuit air circulation system with the high temperature box or low temperature box to quickly reach the test target temperature.
The temperature status inside the test chamber is determined by the working status of the heater, evaporator, and fan in the air duct. The use of forced axial dispersive circulating air in the working room of the test chamber can greatly improve the fluctuation, uniformity and other parameters of equipment operation.
