Field drip irrigation technical specifications
The system consists of four parts: water source engineering, head device, water transmission and distribution pipe network and emitters. Irrigation systems generally use well water as the water source and pump it through a centrifugal pump and pressurize it into the head. The first hub includes filtering device, fertilizing device and measurement and control device. The function of the filter device is to filter large solid particles in the water to prevent these dirt from entering the drip irrigation system and clogging the drippers or forming sediments in the system.
The function of the measurement and control device is to facilitate system operation, operation management, and ensure system safety. It includes valve pressure gauge, exhaust valve, and check valve. The water transmission and distribution pipeline network includes main pipes, branch pipes, branch pipes, capillary pipes and connecting pipe fittings. The main pipe plays the role of delivering water to the drip irrigation system. The main pipe is composed of one pipeline and the branch pipe is composed of several pipelines. Branch pipes play a controlling role in drip irrigation systems.
The appropriate length of the drip irrigation tape is used to divide the irrigation area. The function of pipe fittings is to connect various parts of pipes into a pipe network. The function of the irrigator is to distribute the pressure water flow in the final pipeline evenly and stably to the field to meet the moisture requirements of the crops.
Design the pipe network structure
Centrifugal pump - filter (fertilizer tank) - main pipe - branch pipe - out-of-ground vertical pipe - branch pipe - capillary pipe. Among them, the main pipe and branch pipes, branch pipes and branch pipes, branch pipes and capillary pipes are all arranged in a herringbone type.
Design of drip irrigation capillary pipe
Irrigation system capillary pipe refers to a pipe capillary pipe equipped with a submersible that takes water from a branch pipe and then distributes the water evenly to the roots of the crops with the emitter on it. It is generally made of anti-aging low-density or medium-density polyethylene. Since the number of capillary tubes in irrigation projects is large, smaller diameter capillary tubes are generally used. The capillary tubes generally use the same diameter and have a constant diameter in the middle. Capillary pipe design is carried out after determining the emitter type, flow rate and layout spacing. The task of designing the capillary pipe is to determine the diameter of the capillary pipe and the maximum laying length of the capillary pipe allowed under the terrain conditions.
