Overall layout of field drip irrigation
The engineering layout in the planning stage is mainly to determine the specific location, area, scope and zoning boundaries of the irrigation area, determine the location of the water source, and determine the impact of the sedimentation tank , pump stations, header and other projects to carry out overall layout and rational layout of main pipelines. The terrain conditions and the location of the water source in the irrigation area have a great influence on the layout of the pipeline system. Generally, the first hub and the water source project should be arranged together. According to the location of the water source and the size of the system, the pipes of the Tianye drip irrigation system are generally divided into four or five levels: main pipe, branch pipe, (auxiliary pipe), capillary pipe or main pipe, branch pipe, branch pipe, (auxiliary pipe), capillary pipe . The branch pipes are arranged in the middle of the field. The branch pipes are perpendicular to the planting direction and arranged in a fishbone style with the branch pipes. The auxiliary pipes are arranged in parallel with the branch pipes. The capillary pipes are arranged perpendicularly to both sides of the auxiliary pipes in a herringbone style. The capillary pipes are consistent with the crop planting direction. The main pipe is buried underground. Inlet and exhaust valves should be installed at the undulating heights of the pipeline, downstream of the valve at the upper end of the slope pipeline, and upstream of the check valve. A drainage gate valve should be installed at the end of the pipeline to drain the remaining water into the seepage well or drainage channel. Branch pipes, auxiliary pipes and capillary pipes are laid on the ground. The branch pipes are connected to the main pipe through the out-of-ground pipe and the capillary pipes are laid under the mulching film simultaneously with sowing.
Determination of the scope of the irrigation area
Select the location of the drip irrigation project based on the requirements of the project builder, the administrative divisions and the specific conditions of the land, combined with the characteristics of drip irrigation technology, and determine the drip irrigation area, scope and boundaries of the irrigation area.
, Layout of water source projects
Sedimentation tanks, pumping stations, reservoirs, first hubs, etc. are collectively referred to as drip irrigation water source projects. An important influencing factor when arranging water source projects is the location and topography of the water source. When there are several available water sources, comprehensive considerations should be made based on the water quantity, water level, water quality of the water source, and the water requirements of the drip irrigation process. Usually, under the condition that the drip irrigation water quantity and water quality requirements are met, the water source closest to the irrigation area is given priority in order to reduce the investment in water transmission main pipes. When using well water as a water source for drip irrigation in plain areas, the well should be dug in the center of the irrigation area as much as possible. The location of water storage and water supply buildings should be determined based on topographic and geological conditions. There must be terrain that is convenient for water storage and stable geological conditions, and the water delivery distance should be as short as possible. In areas where conditions permit, use topographic differences as much as possible to develop self-pressure drip irrigation. In order to save energy, water lifting irrigation can be carried out in one or more stages and should be determined through technical and economic comparison. In irrigation areas where sedimentation tanks need to be built, they can be built in conjunction with reservoirs.
, Arrangement of the system head hub and water main pipe
The system head hub is usually arranged together with the water source project. However, if the water source project is far away from the irrigation area, it can also be arranged separately near the irrigation area or in the middle of the irrigation area to facilitate operation. and management.
