Performance and use:
Usually the internal foaming and smooth surface materials are stained with a release agent, or the treatment agent can be applied directly
For small area treatment , use tweezers or cotton gauze (do not use chemical fiber cloth) to apply the treatment agent, and apply it evenly on the treated part of the material. The solvent can be left at room temperature to evaporate, and the effect will be better after drying. If it is a foam material with holes on the surface, let it dry and then bake it under an iodine tungsten lamp (or in an infrared oven) for a few minutes to completely evaporate the solvent. Can be sprayed on large areas.
After the treatment agent dries, ink can be printed on it.
Operation of treatment agent:
First of all, please correctly identify the material to be adhered. Before use, please perform appropriate treatment on the surface of the adherend, such as removing oil, rust, water, and polishing. Degreasing is required to ensure that the surface of the required adhesive does not contain oily dirt or other contaminants. For decontamination, you can scrub it clean with a quick-drying solvent such as ethyl acetate and dry it. For polishing, use a 10- or 10-grade sandpaper to lightly polish. Different treatment agents are used for different materials. The standard for selection is similar and compatible. Its purpose is to increase the adhesion of the glue to the material
To treat the surface of the adhesive, use absorbent cotton dipped in the treatment agent and wipe it gently. On the surface of the adherend, try to apply it in place, let it dry naturally or dry, and then apply glue
