Mixing series mixers are suitable for mixing suspended liquids in special mixers in soda water plants and industrial processes.
Structural features
The mixing series products use multi-stage motors and direct-coupled structures, with low energy consumption and high efficiency. The impeller is formed by precision casting or stamping with high precision. It has large thrust, beautiful and smooth appearance, and compact structure.
Low-speed push flow series products adopt cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which is equipped with small power, low speed, large impeller diameter and wide service area. The impeller is made of polyurethane material and aluminum alloy. It has high strength and strong corrosion resistance. In addition to its stirring function, it can also push flow and create water flow.
The motor windings of the submersible mixer are grade 1 insulated and the protection grade is grade 1. Used together in the aeration system of the sewage plant, the energy consumption of the system can be greatly reduced, the oxygenation amount is significantly increased, and precipitation can be effectively prevented. According to process requirements, direct-coupled submersible mixing can be equipped with a deflector.
