Working principle
, Structure: Two sets of spiral blades evenly feed the material into the main machine. The dry ash powdery material entering the mixing tank/mixing tank is quantitatively supplied by the water supply device. The water is forced to mix and stir, and at the same time, the materials that meet the humidity requirements are transported to the discharge port to eliminate dust.
Features: D single-axis dust humidifier adopts double helix structure, which has the advantage of high mixing efficiency, tight system sealing and no flying ash. The reducer has a compact structure, small footprint, smooth transmission, low noise, and uniform mixing. The blades are wear-resistant, easy to operate and maintain, and reliable. The blades are made of high-wear-resistant manganese steel strip structure. The service life of the equipment is longer and more durable than traditional equipment.

Principle of single-axis dust humidifier:
Single-axis dust humidifier consists of four parts: uniform feeding, blade conveying, mixing and impact humidifying vibration system, and is equipped with special electric control and water supply system. The single-axis dust humidifier is integrally fixed on the base. The cylinder is supported by four sets of elastic elements. Vibration is applied through the excitation device to cause the cylinder to vibrate at high frequencies during the operation of the whole machine, so that a certain balance between the cylinder wall and the stirring shaft is always maintained. The gap greatly reduces the running resistance of the whole machine, reduces the phenomenon of stuffy machine and blocked rotor, reduces downtime and cleaning time, and improves work efficiency. The water supply is controlled by a valve bank.
The working principle of the single-axis dust humidification mixer: The humidification conveyor ensures a certain humidity requirement by controlling the amount of water added and the amount of dust transported to keep the moisture content of the dust within a certain range. It is continuously stirred and transported through the spiral blades. The material does not generate dust. The humidifying mixer uses a reducer or a motor through a pulley reducer to drive the screw shaft to operate smoothly and with low noise. The material flow direction is from the top of the humidifying conveyor to the bottom and the material flow direction is reasonable and convenient for transportation. The phenomenon of stuffy engine stalling has been eliminated. The position of the rotating shaft of D single-axis dust humidifier adopts heat-resistant oil seal and other certain forms of sealing to achieve better sealing effect.
