Observe the puncture target and plan the puncture route.

Fix the needle on the ultrasound probe. A guide pin should be used if necessary.
Observe the image of the needle tip under ultrasound to puncture the target bile duct.
Pull out the inner needle. There will be a discharge of bile. Generally, it is necessary to use a syringe to slightly aspirate the bile to confirm that it has penetrated the target.
Connect the extension tube to aspirate bile and inject contrast agent.
Remove the external needle and perform angiography.
