How to operate
The Cylindrical Spear can be considered a semi-automatic, modified system. It consists of a needle with an outer sleeve. The outer sleeve is connected to the piston of the syringe. Instructions for use:
First determine where to take the biopsy sample. It is best to find the location under ultrasound guidance.

Hold the cylindrical spear and push the piston until you hear a clicking mechanical sound. Check whether the trocar needle is misaligned with the inner needle.
Press the button near the syringe base and aspiration will occur as the piston is automatically withdrawn
Advance toward the target - withdraw the needle. It is recommended to rotate the needle before withdrawing it especially for elastic tissue.
