Completely manual and highly safe. The internal and external needles can be separated to obtain tissue, which can then be used for hemostasis, suction, and drug injection. Tissue can be collected from the same site multiple times.
Liver biopsy trocar--operation method
1. Preparation before surgery
Insert the hemostatic cotton into the tube for inserting the hemostatic agent. Adjust the amount of hemostatic cotton to facilitate the introduction.
.Confirm the puncture path and puncture distance under ultrasound.
2. Biopsy
Implement local anesthesia on the skin, subcutaneous tissue and organ surface.
.Through the subcutaneous tissue, fascia and muscle layer while the patient is breathing naturally. Puncture to near the surface of the organ.
.Then make the patient temporarily stop breathing and quickly penetrate the site of the lesion.
.Slide the inner needle to cut the tissue.
.Leave the outer tube in place and pull out the inner needle. Insert the hemostatic cannula as soon as possible.
3. Hemostasis
Inject hemostatic cotton through the insertion tube of hemostatic agent.
.Then insert the inner needle into the outer needle and inject the gelatin sea surface into the liver to fill and stop bleeding.
.The operation ends after the biopsy needle is pulled out.

.Pull out the inner needle.
.Confirm the specimens collected. The specimens are stored in formalin solution.
.Inject the gelatin sponge through the external needle.
.Then insert the inner needle into the outer needle and inject the gelatin sea surface into the liver to fill and stop bleeding.
The operation ends after the biopsy needle is pulled out.
