Working Principle
.>Select according to the particle size of the grinding material. The material is loaded into the cylinder from the hollow shaft at the feed end of the mill. When the ball mill rotates, the grinding body adheres to the nearby cylinder due to inertia and centrifugal force and friction. The lining is carried away by the cylinder. When it is brought to a certain height, it is thrown down due to its own gravity. The falling grinding body crushes the materials in the cylinder like a projectile.
.>Materials enter the first chamber of the mill evenly and spirally from the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. There are stepped linings or corrugated linings in the first chamber. Steel balls of different specifications are installed inside. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel balls. After reaching a certain height, it will fall and have a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material reaches coarse grinding in the first chamber, it enters the second chamber through the single-layer partition board. This chamber is equipped with a flat liner and has steel balls inside to further grind the material. The powdery material is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
.>During the rotation of the cylinder, the grinding body also slips. During the sliding process, the material is given a grinding effect. In order to effectively utilize the grinding effect, when the material has a large particle size, the grinding body cylinder is generally ground to a fine size of 20 mesh. The body is divided into two sections by a partition plate, which becomes a double warehouse. When the material enters the first warehouse, it is crushed by the steel ball. When the material enters the second warehouse, the steel end grinds the material. The qualified material is discharged from the hollow shaft at the discharge end to the inlet. When grinding materials with small particle size, such as sand, No. 2 slag, coarse fly ash, the grinding volume of the mill barrel can be turned into a single barrel without partitions, or steel sections can be used.

.>The fly ash ball mill is composed of the feeding part, the discharging part, the rotating part, the transmission part (reducer small transmission gear motor electronic control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is lined with steel castings and is removable. The large rotary gear is hobbing using castings and has a wear-resistant lining plate inlaid in the cylinder, which has good wear resistance. The machine operates smoothly and reliably.
