. Support and pull: Use both hands to support the fixed object behind you, lift your chest and abdomen, and pull the affected limb backward.
. Support and pull the patient to hold a fixed object (such as the edge of the bed, table) with both hands to squat, and then use the weight of the body to pull the affected limb upwards.
Please note that the above actions do not have to be completed every time. You can choose to alternate exercises according to your specific circumstances, three times a day, usually about three times per action, and there is no limit to the number of times.
