1. Overview
Pulse bag dust collector has a side door structure and has bag specifications. The production is segmented, and the staff assembles it on site. 2. Working Principle, Structure and Injection System
(1) Working Principle
Dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, and the coarse-grained dust directly settles into the ash due to the reduction of wind speed. Bucket, fine dust enters the bag chamber with the air flow. After being filtered by the filter bag, a dust layer is formed and adheres to the outer wall of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the air outlet. As the filtration time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag, which increases the resistance of the filter bag and gradually reduces the treatment air volume. In order to work normally, to control the resistance within a certain range (~), the filter bag must be cleaned. When cleaning, the pulse controller triggers each control valve in sequence to open the pulse valve, and the compressed air in the air bag passes through the pulse valve instantaneously. It is ejected at high speed from the blow hole of the blow pipe, and at the same time, the surrounding clean air is induced to enter the filter bag. The filter bag expands rapidly instantly, causing the dust layer accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off, and the filter bag restores its filtration capacity. The fallen dust falls into the ash hopper and is regularly discharged from the ash discharge valve after a set time. In this way, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse-injected and cleaned, so that the purified gas can pass normally and ensure the operation of the dust removal system.
(2) Structure
The series of dust collectors consists of an upper box, an ash hopper, an ash discharge valve and an injection ash cleaning system.
The upper box body is divided into a bag room and a clean air chamber by the flower board. The clean air chamber includes an air outlet and a top access door in the upper part. The blow pipe of the blowing system is installed in the clean air chamber. The filter bag is installed on the flower board. The interior is supported by the filter bag frame

The injection system includes a control valve, a pulse valve injection pipe, an air bag and a control instrument.
(3) Injection system
The injection system is a key part of the pulse bag dust collector and directly affects the operation of the dust collector. The operation of this system is controlled by a pulse controller. When the pulse controller has no signal output, the exhaust port of the control valve is closed and the injection port of the pulse valve is closed. When the controller sends a signal, the exhaust port of the control valve is opened and the pulse valve is closed. The gas in the back pressure chamber is released, the pressure is reduced, and a pressure difference is generated on both sides of the diaphragm, causing the diaphragm to be displaced and the pulse valve blowing port is opened. At this time, the compressed air is blown from the air bag through the pulse valve through the small hole of the blow pipe into the filter bag ( It is the primary wind) and at the same time induces the surrounding air (called secondary wind) that is several times the primary wind, causing an instant positive pressure in the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and vibrate, causing the dust on the outer wall to fall off and achieve dust cleaning. Adjusting the pulse cycle and pulse time of the controller can keep the dust collector resistance within a limited range.
3. Selection instructions
(1) Determination of filtration wind speed
The filtration wind speed mainly depends on the nature of the dust and the dust concentration of the gas entering the dust collector.
(2) Selection of filter bags
The classification of filter bags includes needle-punched felt filter cloth, composite needle-punched felt filter cloth, woven filter cloth, anti-static filter cloth, glass fiber filter cloth, etc. Pulse bag dust collectors generally use needle felt filter cloth. If customers have special requirements, other materials can be selected.
(3) Selection of pulse period
The length of the pulse period is related to parameters such as the dust concentration of the gas entering the dust collector, the filtration wind speed and the pressure of the air source for dust cleaning. When the concentration is small, the filtration wind speed is low or the injection pressure is high, the cycle can be longer. If the blowing air source pressure is above. The pulse period can be determined by referring to the following parameters

4. Installation and maintenance
(1) Before installation, check whether all accessories of the dust collector are complete and whether the main unit is damaged. If there are any problems, wait for them to be dealt with before installing.
Before starting the (2) type bag dust collector first, you should check whether each connection is securely connected. Check the air tightness of dust and flue gas, dust collector and ash hopper, ash hopper and ash discharge device, and ash conveying device to eliminate air leakage and ash leakage. Close the small baffle valve and start the fan. If there is no abnormality, gradually open the baffle valve to allow a certain amount of dust-containing gas to pass through the dust collector.
(3) When installing the oil and moisture filter, the direction of the arrow shown must be consistent with the direction of the air flow.
(4) When wiring the dust exhaust system motor, the direction of spiral rotation must be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the dust exhaust valve steering plate.
(5) To install the filter bag, first remove the blow pipe, then put the filter bag into the flower plate hole, pinch the mouth of the filter bag into a meniscus and put it into the flower plate hole, so that the edge of the flower plate hole is stuck on the filter bag. In the sealing groove of the bag mouth, slowly release it to round the filter bag mouth. The filter bag will be stuck on the flower plate mouth. Then put the filter bag frame into the filter bag, and finally install the blow pipe.
(6) The controller is installed indoors. If installed outdoors, rainproof facilities must be provided. The distance between the controller and the dust collector is determined according to the requirements of the controller.
(7) Installation, commissioning and adjustment of the control system
If there is no disorder in the display sequence, number the solenoid valves from left to right and connect them to each output line of the controller plug in order. After the controller is in place at the designated position, connect the power supply, and then wrap each joint with insulating tape. After the controller is started, adjust the pulse width and pulse period until the solenoid valve switches accurately and the sound is clear and without vibration.
Before starting the equipment, the debris in the ash hopper must be removed before it can be operated.
(7) After the equipment is put into production, if it is found that the upper cover plate of the dust collector and the upper box body are not tightly connected and air leakage occurs, in addition to tightening the nut of the middle pressure piece of the cover plate.
(8) If the filter bag is damaged, it must be replaced in time. To check for leaks, open the cover after parking and check. Dust accumulation indicates that the filter bag is damaged. If the difference is unclear, blow it. If dust comes out of the bag mouth, it means which filter bag is damaged.
(9) Technical requirements for dust collector operation. Pay attention to changes in parts prone to wear, such as the inner wall of the outer cylinder. When the temperature of the dust-containing gas changes or the humidity decreases, pay attention to the adhesion, clogging and corrosion of dust in the dust bag. Pay attention to pressure difference changes and exhaust smoke conditions. Because wear and corrosion can perforate the dust collector and cause dust emissions, the dust removal efficiency decreases, the exhaust smoke color worsens, and the pressure difference changes. Pay attention to the air tightness of each part of the dust collector, and check the changes in gas flow and dust concentration of the cyclone.
(10) Technical work after the operation of the dust collector. In order to prevent dust adhesion and corrosion, the bag dust collector should continue to operate for a period of time until the dust collector is completely replaced by clean air before the operation of the dust collector can be stopped. Eliminate dust from where the inner cylinder, outer cylinder and blades are connected. Repair punctures caused by wear and corrosion when necessary. Check the air tightness of each part and replace sealing elements if necessary.
(11) The oil and moisture filter must be drained regularly. Clean once a month, boil the filter element with % dilute hydrochloric acid water for half an hour.
(12) The pulse valve diaphragm is a wearing part. If it is damaged, replace it in time.
(13) It is best to have dedicated personnel to manage the dust collector. Maintenance workers must be familiar with the principles of dust collectors and instruments, master adjustment and maintenance methods, and establish operating records.
