Operation procedures
/>. According to the use and actual needs, determine the gauge length value and select the gauge, and keep records of equipment operation.
Adjust the position of the upper knife edge so that the distance between the upper and lower knife edges is equal to the gauge length value.
Loosen the fastening screw and adjust the position of the scale so that the bottom surface of the upper knife edge is in contact with the positioning screw on the bottom plate. When measuring tensile deformation, the starting position of the scale should be above the forward stroke of the pointer, and then fix it. Scale, turn the scale cover ring to the required position. Please note that when tightening the scale, ensure that the scale rod can move up and down freely without getting stuck. If it is used repeatedly, there is no need to adjust the position of the scale for each test.
