Rizhao Epoxy Coal Asphalt Paint Manufacturer 1. Composition This product is a two-component product. Ingredient 1 consists of epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, flake mica pigment, anti-settling agent, and organic solvent. The second component is the curing agent.
2. Characteristics and uses: This product has excellent anti-corrosion properties and good mechanical properties. Because the paint contains flaky mica pigments, it has low water vapor permeability and excellent water resistance. The paint and primer can be used for offshore components, (steel or concrete structures) docks, steel piles, lower parts of bridges, underground pipelines and inner and outer walls of storage tanks, underground warehouses, reservoirs, sluice gates, sewage treatment equipment and chemical plant anti-corrosion equipment .
3. Construction Reference
Two-component epoxy primer and vinyl phosphating primer can be used as primer.
The diluent should be a special diluent. The prepared paint can be applied within minutes and used up within hours.
In order to improve the anti-corrosion performance, more than three coats are required.
