Introduction to the structure and working principle of air box type pulse bag dust collector
This series of dust collectors consists of a shell, an ash hopper, an ash discharge device, a bracket and a pulse dust cleaning system. When dusty gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first hits the inclined partition in the middle of the air inlet, and the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to the inertia, the coarse dust in the gas falls directly into the dust collector. The ash hopper plays the role of pre-dust collection. The airflow entering the ash hopper is turned upward and passes through the filter bag with a metal frame inside. The dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper part of the filter bag chamber. The air inlet of the dust collector is located on the ash hopper. After the airflow enters the ash hopper, it first hits the baffle at the end of the air inlet pipe. Its function is the same as the above principle.
