An independent alarm point reaches an independent insulation resistance setting value and can alarm output. It has a remote test reset function and an analog output function. This type of product can completely replace the advanced European and American imported models and can be used in AC and DC power grids.

The Zheng oil drilling rig electric control system application is aimed at the fault ground detection system, which is used to detect AC ground faults. A ground fault test button is required (mainly used to determine whether the indicator light is burned out when the ground fault indicator light is on). A grounding indication is also required. The insulation detector module and insulation resistance meter selected in the design are installed and connected as shown in Figures 1 and 2.

Positive system After the wiring is correct, conduct pre-debugging and power-on inspections. After the installation and wiring are correct, start power-on debugging. After the main circuit breaker of the incoming line is closed, measure the line voltage and close the power control circuit breaker of the insulation detector. The power light of the insulation detector turns on. Measure the terminal voltage of the insulation detector. At this time, the ground fault light is off. After setting the insulation resistance value and manually pressing the monitoring button, the insulation detector fault light is on, the alarm sounds, the cabinet door ground fault indicator light is on, and the insulation resistance meter displays the resistance value. After reset, the fault light goes out and the running light of the insulation detector indicates normal. The circuit returns to normal duty mode. During the application process, the parameter setting is simple, the dial setting is flexible, and the detection is sensitive. In order to prevent false alarms, it is recommended to set the insulation resistance value appropriately.
