Grain bucket elevator

The grain bucket elevator must be firmly installed on a solid concrete foundation. The surface of the concrete foundation should be flat and horizontal to ensure that the bucket elevator meets the vertical requirements after installation.
r A bucket elevator with a higher height should be connected to its adjacent buildings (such as silo workshop, etc.) at the appropriate positions of its middle casing and upper casing to increase its stability. During installation, first install the lower part and fix the anchor bolts, then install the middle casing, and then install the upper casing. The casing is installed successfully and the verticality is corrected. Use a plumb line to measure the entire height, and the error should be less than 1. The upper and lower axes should be parallel and their axis lines should be in the same plane.


When installing a bucket elevator with a low height, the upper, middle and lower casings can be connected and aligned at the ground level, and then the whole body can be lifted straight and fixed on the concrete foundation.


After the casing is installed, install the chain and hopper. The type screws used to connect the hopper are both chain joints and fixing parts of the hopper. The nuts of the screws must be tightened and reliably prevented from loosening.


After the chain and hopper are installed, tighten them appropriately.


Add appropriate amounts of oil and butter to the reducer and bearing seat respectively. The reducer is lubricated with industrial gear oil. Calcium-based or sodium-based butter can be used in the bearing seat.


Trial operation. After the installation is completed, an empty trial operation should be carried out. Please pay attention to the dry operation: it cannot be reversed and there must be no collision. The idling operation should not be less than an hour, and there should be no overheating. The temperature rise of the bearings should not exceed the limit, and the temperature rise of the reducer should not exceed the limit. After an hour of idling operation, load test can be carried out if everything is normal. When testing with load, the feeding should be uniform to prevent excessive feeding and clogging of the lower part, causing a stuffy car.
