The high-efficiency bucket elevator has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, smooth operation and long service life. It is suitable for vertical transportation of dry bulk materials and can be widely used in material transportation systems in industries such as building materials, chemical industry, coal, electricity, port transportation, etc.


The belt type uses conveyor belt and steel wire rope core tape as traction components. The chain type is of ring chain type, with a high-strength ring chain as the traction component. The chain is manufactured according to B/"High-strength round link chain for mining".


This equipment has two types of hoppers.


Type b and type, this is a deep type bucket, generally suitable for conveying dry, loose and easy-to-throw-out materials with good fluidity, such as cement, coal, gravel, grain and other materials.


The Japanese type is a shallower bucket than the deep bucket, which is suitable for poor liquidity. Slightly wet materials, such as sand, coal, chemical raw materials, etc.


The head, tail and middle casing of the high-efficiency bucket elevator are sealed, so materials and dust rarely spill out, causing little environmental pollution.


The high-efficiency bucket elevator is for mixing or gravity discharge and scooping feeding.


The upper wheel is an assembled sprocket rim connected to the wheel body with high-strength steel bolts. After the sprocket is worn, only the rim needs to be replaced, which is easy to maintain and saves raw materials. , reduce maintenance costs. The lower wheel is changed to a flange wheel, which completely changes the defects of the original double sprocket such as high cost and easy detachment.


The upper wheel adopts a beveled smooth wheel. This wheel has a self-centering function and can prevent the conveyor belt from wandering.


The high-efficiency bucket elevator is equipped with a material level controller and a speed controller at the bottom, which the user can obtain as needed to achieve the purpose of electric automatic control.


There are two types of tensioning devices for high-efficiency bucket elevators. For models with a lifting height not greater than 100 meters, screw tensioners are generally used. For models with a lifting height greater than Gravity tightening, special requirements, please specify when ordering.
