B-/coal seam The transmission part of the water injection pump is installed in the housing close to the motor. Its structure and working principle are as follows: there is an inclined plane on the main shaft, and its normal line has an angle with the main shaft axis. Five or seven plungers equipped with ball seats are arranged in the cylinder fixed on the shell around the main axis and parallel to the axis. The ball seats are installed in the return plate and slide on the plane of the swing plate. Through the action of the thrust bearing It is mounted on the main shaft slope and assembled on the main shaft with the help of radial thrust ball bearings and round nuts. The cylinder body is equipped with guide sleeves and sealing rings respectively, which together with the suction and discharge valves form the volumetric sealing cavity at the front end of the plunger. When the motor drives the spindle to rotate, each plunger is pushed to achieve alternate reciprocating motion due to the action of the inclined surface on the spindle. When the plunger retreats, the volume chamber at the front end of the plunger gradually increases, forming a partial vacuum. The pressure in the seal chamber is lower than atmospheric pressure. At this time, the discharge valve is closed, the suction valve is opened, and the water in the water tank enters the volume chamber at the front end of the plunger under the action of atmospheric pressure. This is the water absorption process. When the plunger advances, the volume chamber at the front end of the plunger gradually decreases, and the pressure in the chamber is greater than the atmospheric force. At this time, the suction valve is closed, the discharge valve is opened, and the water in the volume chamber is pressed out, completing the drainage process.
