, product use and performance characteristics
The coating is a new type of exterior anti-corrosion coating used for coastal steel structures and facilities. The paint primer uses epoxy resin as the main film-forming substance, and iron oxide red as the main anti-rust pigment. The top paint is polyurethane acrylate paint. Performance tests have proven that the coating has excellent physical and mechanical properties, water resistance, salt water resistance, acid resistance, oil resistance, salt spray resistance, moisture and heat resistance and aging resistance.
Suitable for anti-corrosion coating of various steel structures and facilities in areas with high salt spray, high humidity and heat such as islands and coastal areas. Such as the surface of various metal structural parts such as floating docks, hoisting, lifting machinery, transportation vehicles, the upper parts of offshore oil drilling platforms, and shipping containers. The coating can also be used for exterior anti-corrosion coating of various steel facilities in the Mainland.
>. Paint composition (
Paint is divided into two types: primer and topcoat. Each type of paint is composed of two components, A and B)
Component A of the primer (iron Red liquid) Part B (colorless liquid)
Top coating Part A (grey/white/military green/silver white/big red liquid, color adjustable) Part B (colorless liquid)

, construction method
)
Surface treatment
In order to improve the anti-corrosion effect of the coating, it not only depends on the quality of the coating itself, but also on the treatment and construction quality of the substrate. Therefore, the remaining coating film, rust, oil stains, scale, etc. on the substrate should be completely removed before painting.
)
The specific requirements are:
⑴ Use shot blasting or sand blasting to remove rust, and the quality should reach level (B&).
⑵ Use manual rust removal, and the quality should reach grade (B&).
⑶ Before painting, oil, dust and other impurities on the surface should be removed. The cleaned steel plate should be painted in time to prevent it from rusting again.
)
Paint Mixing
⑴ If the paint is left for too long, it may settle. Stir it thoroughly before use.
⑵ After the bucket is stirred evenly, pour component B into component A and stir thoroughly before use. For the topcoat, after mixing components A and B, it is best to leave it for ~ minutes, and the effect will be better before use after aging.
⑶ If the dosage is small, it can be prepared according to the proportion of components A and B.
)
Painting
Use brushing, roller coating, and spraying methods for construction. Try to make the coating evenly thin and thick, without leakage or sagging, and reach the specified thickness. It can be applied every day under normal temperature conditions.

, precautions
) Coatings contain organic solvents. Attention should be paid to ventilation at the construction site and open flames are strictly prohibited.
) Please store paint in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
) Topcoat B component is easy to react with moisture in the air. If it is not used up at one time, the remaining product should be sealed to prevent curing.
