) Substrate treatment
The anti-corrosion effect of coatings depends not only on the quality of the coating itself, but also on the treatment and construction quality of the substrate. Therefore, before painting, the remaining paint film, rust, oil stains, oxide scale, etc. on the substrate should be completely removed. The specific requirements are as follows: Use shot blasting or sand blasting to remove rust, and the quality should reach level (B— ).
If manual rust removal is used, the quality should reach grade (B-).
Before painting, oil, dust and other impurities on the surface should be removed. The cleaned steel plates should be painted in time to prevent them from rusting again.
)Paint Mixing
If the paint is left for too long, it may settle. It needs to be stirred thoroughly before use.
After opening the bucket and stirring evenly, pour component B (small bucket) into component A (large bucket) and stir thoroughly before use.
When the dosage is small, it can be prepared according to the proportion of components A and B.

Use brushing, roller coating and spraying methods for construction. Try to make the coating evenly thin and thick, without leakage or sagging, and reach the specified thickness. It can be applied once a day under normal temperature conditions.
