Principle of flat bag dust collector
The dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet at the bottom of the dust collector, is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is attached to the outer surface. The clean air passes through the bag and is discharged by the fan. After the dust collector has been running for a certain period of time, the amount of dust on the surface of the filter bag will also increase. When the filter bag resists millimeters of water column, it must be cleaned. Cleaning time is approximately seconds. The dust cleaning interval is determined by the dust concentration and is determined by actual operation. The dust cleaning motor can also be manually operated to shake off the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to achieve the purpose of dust cleaning. . The fan must stop during dust cleaning, and an interlock device can be added as needed to automate dust cleaning. The cleaned dust is discharged through the ash hopper and the ash discharge valve.
