Waste heat boiler
Superconducting heat pipes are generally arranged vertically and are divided into three parts: the heating section, the adiabatic section, and the condensing section. The filling of the tube shell with both ends closed must be under the same heat exchange area, and the equipment investment is greatly reduced. In terms of equipment layout and installation, it provides users with a large amount of space for the heat transfer medium and then evacuates it into a vacuum (~) state. During operation, when the heating section is heated, the liquid working medium in the tube evaporates and vaporizes. The steam flows to the cooling section under a slight pressure difference and releases heat to condense into liquid. The liquid then flows back to the heating section by gravity. In this reciprocating cycle, heat is transferred from the heating section to the cooling section by the working fluid in the tube.

High heat transfer efficiency
and significant energy saving effect. Since the inside of the heat pipe is vacuum, the thermal resistance of the vapor-liquid phase change heat transfer of the working medium in the pipe is very small, and it has high thermal conductivity. Moreover, the heat exchange area of the annular tube per unit length on the flue gas side is ~ times that of the light tube. With the same heat exchange area, equipment investment is greatly reduced, but it provides users with a larger space in terms of equipment layout and installation.

Safe and reliable and can operate continuously for a long time
. Conventional waste heat recovery equipment is generally a partition-type heat exchanger. Hot and cold fluids flow through both sides of the wall respectively. Damage to any pipe wall will cause leakage or even stop production. The superconducting heat pipe waste heat recovery device composed of heat pipes uses secondary partition heat exchange, that is, the heat of the hot fluid must pass through the wall of the heating section and the wall of the condensing section of the heat pipe before it can be transferred to the cold fluid, and heat pipes generally It is impossible to destroy the heating section and the condensing section at the same time, so the reliability of equipment operation is greatly enhanced.

Acid dew point corrosion can be avoided
. The tube wall temperature is adjustable, and the operating temperature of the heat pipe surface can be changed by adjusting the heat exchange area of the hot and cold sections of the heat pipe to avoid acid dew point corrosion.

Seismic-resistant and muffler
Due to the structural design of the equipment and the structural characteristics of the annular pipe itself, it has the structural characteristics of a muffler, so the equipment can function as a muffler.

Low operating costs
. When the equipment is used to produce steam, the evaporation drum of the equipment and the heat exchange part of the equipment are organically integrated. When the equipment is producing steam, it only needs the boiler to supply water to the water pump. Other forms of waste heat boilers (needle tube waste heat boilers) A forced circulation pump must be added between the equipment drum and the heat exchanger, which increases equipment investment and operating costs.
