Design principle

Structural Type
The heat pipe steam generator manufactured by our company has two structures: discrete and horizontal, consisting of upper and lower parts. The upper and lower parts of the vertical structure are separated by tube sheets, while the horizontal structure is separated by the steam drum and the smoke box. The heat transfer element heat pipe passes through the middle tube sheet (vertical type) or the drum wall (horizontal structure). The heating section in the flue is welded with high-frequency welding fins to enhance heat transfer, and the heat-releasing section in the steam drum is a light pipe. The water supply to the generator is fully automatic and does not require manual operation.
