Structure

Working Principle
Dust-containing gas enters the enlarged ash hopper of the pulse dust collector for pre-dusting, and is evenly distributed between each dust removal filter bag through the guide plate, and the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag. In order to prevent the equipment resistance from exceeding the limit, the high-pressure gas generates a pulse jet through the solenoid valve, causing the compressed air (~) in the air bag to be ejected from the hole in the blow pipe (called primary wind) through the venturi tube to induce the surrounding air several times the primary wind. (called secondary air) enters the filter bag and expands rapidly in an instant, and shakes off the dust with the reverse direction of the air flow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning. Microcomputer automatic control device is used to adjust the cleaning cycle and pulse injection time according to the dust, so that the dust collector can operate within a certain range.

Selection parameters and principles
The main technical parameters for unit selection are air volume, gas temperature, dust concentration and humidity. According to the process design air volume, gas temperature and dust concentration, the maximum value is slightly smaller than the value in the technical performance table. The corresponding dust collector model is the required dust collector model. The filter bag used is based on the inlet. Concentration gas temperature humidity content is determined.
The air consumption in the table refers to the centralized air supply in the factory. If the air machine is used alone, the actual air consumption will be increased to times of the values in the table.
In the compressed air consumption column, the proposed air consumption is the maximum air consumption of this type of equipment.
