Structural features
This product consists of a main valve, a regulating valve and a connecting system. The valve body adopts a DC valve body, and the main valve control chamber is a diaphragm or piston type. Double control room structure, one more control room than the general hydraulic control valve, which increases the control function of the main valve, realizes multi-functional control of the water pump outlet such as slow opening, full opening, slow closing, and cut-off, and realizes a valve , one-time adjustment for multi-functional control of the water pump outlet.
The takeover system of this product is controlled by a regulating valve. By setting the opening of the regulating valve, various required control parameters can be easily achieved, such as the opening speed of the main valve, slow closing speed, etc.
Working Principle

When the water pump starts, the water pressure acts on the bottom of the main valve disc and the lower chamber of the control chamber. This pressure causes the main valve to open, and the water in the upper chamber of the control chamber is adjusted. Valve B slowly discharges to the outlet end, and the main valve slowly opens. By setting the opening of the regulating valve, the appropriate opening speed of the main valve can be obtained. When the water pump stops working, the water pressure at the inlet end drops rapidly, and most of the opening is quickly closed under the action of dead weight and spring pressure, preventing water from flowing back. The remaining opening is controlled by the combined action of the water pressure in the upper chamber and the lower chamber of the control chamber. It closes slowly, and the closing speed slows down to form a buffer to prevent a sudden increase in pressure.
Setting the opening and opening ratio of the regulating valve and B can obtain the appropriate opening and closing speed of the valve.
