The lifting mechanism uses an AC motor with eddy current braking or a winch to drive a parallel shaft drum through a cylindrical gear reducer transmission gear to retract and unwind the lifting wire rope or strap.
Hydraulic push rod brakes are installed on the shaft joint between the motor and the gear reducer and on the other output shaft of the high speed shaft of the gear reducer. Either brake can perform brake braking to make the door lifting safe and reliable. Eddy current braking is used to adjust the door lifting speed. A height limiter is installed on the wire rope drum shaft to limit its high and low limit positions. The lifting mechanism is equipped with several sets of pulleys.
The inner and outer sides of the flexible lifting door are made of fabric (three-proof canvas or fabric). The surface of the door cloth is coated with vinyl coating, which has waterproof, sunscreen and flame retardant properties. It can absorb noise, flame retardant, heat preservation, mold proof and moisture proof. The horizontal frame and bottom frame are made of pitch steel tubes using a truss structure. It can also be made of aluminum alloy material.
The roller bearings at both ends of the horizontal frame and bottom frame of the flexible lifting gate adopt three-sided rolling bearings to facilitate the flexible lifting and lowering of the flexible gate in the two side guide rails. Frictional resistance is reduced.
