Operating Instructions

Connect the power supply, click the lift switch to check and make it operate correctly. Inching the lifting motor can adjust the height of the rocker arm, and rotating the rocker arm can adjust the center position of the spindle.
Place the valve on the equipment workbench, secure it firmly with screws, select a suitable counter-grinding plate and install it on the grinding base, and attach sandpaper.
Start the lifting motor to lower the swing arm to the appropriate position. Push the swing arm, move the spindle box, align the counter plate with the valve sealing surface, lift the swing arm to the appropriate position, and lock the swing arm and spindle box.
Press the spindle feed handle to press the counter-grinding plate onto the sealing surface, apply appropriate force to compress the spindle spring force to an appropriate size, adjust the grinding pressure so that the grinding speed locks the spindle sleeve.
Move the speed gear to the lowest gear, start the test machine to check, and after confirming that there is no obstacle, move the speed gear to the appropriate speed, start the motor for grinding and repair, until the valve is ground to the sealing requirements.
Note
When changing to high or low speed, you must stop the vehicle first.
After use, clean each component carefully and remove the abrasive sandpaper (coat the cloth with oil and put it back in the packaging box for safekeeping.
