> Cast iron pumps have no rotating parts, no shaft seals, diaphragms, etc. The pumped medium is completely separated from the pump's moving parts and workpiece medium, and the transported medium will not leak to the outside. Therefore, when pumping toxic, volatile or corrosive media, it will not cause environmental pollution and endanger personal safety
, the flow is spacious, and the passing performance is good. The maximum particle diameter allowed to pass through is up to mm. When pumping mud and impurities, there is little wear on the pump
. The lift and flow rate can be infinitely adjusted through the opening of the air valve (the air pressure is adjusted between r):
No need to fill or divert water. The suction lift is up to m. The head reaches m. Outlet pressure/㎡
, no need to use electricity. It is safe and reliable to use in flammable and explosive places
, and can be immersed in the medium to work:
, easy to use, reliable in work, just open and close the gas valve to start and stop. Even if the pump runs without medium for a long time or stops suddenly due to unexpected circumstances, the pump will not be damaged. Once overloaded, the pump will automatically shut down and have self-protection properties. When the load returns to normal, it can automatically start operation
. It has a simple structure and few wearing parts. The pump has a simple structure and is easy to install and maintain. The medium transported by the pump will not come into contact with moving parts such as valves and connecting rods. Unlike other types of pumps, the performance gradually decreases due to wear of rotors, pistons, gears, blades and other parts:
Viscous liquid (viscosity below 10,000 centipoise):
This pump does not need to be lubricated with oil, even if it is idling. It also has no impact on the pump, which is the biggest feature of the pump.

>Principle of QBZ cast iron diaphragm pump
>A diaphragm is installed on the left and right sides of the pneumatic diaphragm pump, which is connected by a central connecting rod. Connected into one. The compressed air enters the gas distribution valve from the air inlet of the pump, and is introduced into one of the chambers through the gas distribution mechanism, pushing the diaphragm in the chamber to move, while the gas in the other chamber is discharged. Once the end of the stroke is reached, the valve mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into the other working chamber, pushing the diaphragm in the opposite direction, so that the two diaphragms reciprocate continuously and synchronously. In the figure, the compressed air enters the gas distribution valve, causing the diaphragm to move to the right. The suction force of the chamber causes the medium to flow in from the inlet, pushing the ball valve into the chamber. The ball valve locks due to the suction, and the medium in the chamber is squeezed and pushed. Open the ball valve and flow out from the outlet. At the same time, the ball valve is blocked to prevent flow. In this way, the medium is continuously sucked in from the inlet and discharged from the outlet.
