Principle of dust cleaning of air box pulse dust collector
As the filtration time prolongs and the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value , the dust cleaning coordination begins to clean the dust. First, the lift valve of the first sub-chamber is closed to cut off the filtered air flow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. The compressed air rapidly expands in the upper box in a very short time and flows into the filter bag. The expansion and deformation of the filter bag causes vibration, and under the action of reverse air flow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag peels off and falls into the ash hopper. After the dust cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve closes, the poppet valve opens, and the chamber returns to the ash hopper. Restore filtering status. Each room is cleaned in sequence, and a cleaning cycle starts from the first room to the next time.
