, Pulse bag dust collector structure
The equipment mainly consists of the following parts:
Box: including bag chamber, pre-dust collection chamber, clean air chamber, porous plate, filter bag, filter bag skeleton . The cabinet is designed to withstand pressure.
Injection system: main air pipe, injection pipe, pulse valve, controller.
There are two forms of ash hopper and ash discharge part: one is that the ash hopper is directly connected to the ash discharge valve, and the other is that the ash hopper is connected to the ash discharge valve through conveying equipment (such as a screw conveyor).
The main body of the dust collector is designed with a fully rigid structure, and the flower board is made of cold stamping technology, which not only increases the strength but also ensures the quality of the equipment. In addition to processing normal temperature gases, this type of dust collector is also suitable for processing high-temperature gases. At this time, if the shell needs to be insulated, it can be double-layered with b-type lightweight rock wool boards. The shell is protected by galvanized sheets and is pulled out. The rivets are installed with a new process, and different filter materials and filter wind speeds are selected according to the use environment.
, Working Principle
Dust-containing gas enters the enlarged hopper of the dust collector for pre-dust collection, and is evenly distributed between each filter bag through the guide plate, and the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag. To ensure that the resistance of the equipment does not exceed the limit, the high-pressure gas generates a pulse jet through the solenoid valve, causing the compressed air (.~.) in the air bag to be ejected from the hole in the blow pipe (called primary wind) through the venturi tube to induce an area several times the primary wind. The air (called secondary air) enters the filter bag and expands rapidly in an instant, and shakes off the dust with the reverse direction of the air flow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning. Microcomputer automatic control device is used to adjust the cleaning cycle and pulse spray time according to the dust, so that the dust collector can operate within a certain range.
