Four ways of use
Spraying process
This product has been prepared with solid content and is optional. It can be used by adding any diluent, but customers can use our company's special diluent for any preparation according to the actual conditions of their products, and mix it thoroughly.
Put the conformal paint into a spray bottle and spray.
After spraying, pour the remaining paint liquid back into the packaging bucket. You can still use it next time and use thinner to clean the spray bottle.
Dip coating process

Put the conformal anti-paint into the container and immerse the components to be dip-coated into the paint liquid until the paint liquid fully covers the components.
When using again after dipping, if there is gelation, add an appropriate amount of diluent and mix thoroughly before continuing to use it.
Brushing process

Select the correct brush according to the size of the product. An ordinary brush on the market will suffice. Pour the conformal paint into the container, and then use the brush to apply the appropriate paint liquid to the paint. The circuit board should be constructed evenly and the number of coatings should be based on the required thickness. After painting, the surface is cured and ready for assembly or packaging.
When using it again after brushing, if there is gelling, add an appropriate amount of diluent and mix it thoroughly before continuing to use it.
Five packaging and storage period
Packed in iron drums, the storage period is one month from the date of production.
Six Precautions
