Working Principle
In the main machine of the high-pressure grinding mill, a high-pressure spring with a kilogram pressure is fastened to the grinding roller hanger. After starting work, the grinding roller rotates around the main shaft, and rotates close to the grinding ring under the dual action of high-pressure spring and centrifugal force. Its rotation pressure is higher than that of Raymond mill under the same power conditions, so the output is greatly increased. When the material to be ground enters the grinding chamber, it is scooped up by the blade and sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for rolling. The crushed powder is brought into the analyzer with the circulating air of the blower, and the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone with the air flow. The finished product is collected by the powder collector, and the large particles fall back to be reground. The circulating air returns to the blower to repeat the above process, and the residual air enters the bag dust collector for purification. When the grinding roller and the grinding ring reach a certain level of wear, adjust the length of the high-pressure spring to maintain a constant grinding force between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. This ensures stable output and fineness.
