Introduction to Sesame Synthesis Technology There are three main synthesis technologies for sesamol. Extracting sesamol from sesame oil requires high solvent consumption and high cost. It is not suitable for industrial production. The total synthesis route starting from piperamine requires diazotization and hydrolysis, and the yield of sesamol is low. Therefore, sesamol has a poor color and its application is limited. The semi-synthetic route starting from jasmonaldehyde is currently the most industrially applied process route. , product quality and color are very good. The synthesis of sesamol from jasmonaldehyde mainly goes through two-step reactions of oxidation and hydrolysis. In this project technology, low-cost oxidant and reaction extraction technology are used, so that the generated products can quickly leave the reaction zone, greatly reducing the occurrence of side reactions.
