The debugging of bag dust collector is divided into several points:

Before installation, a comprehensive inspection of all components of the pulse bag dust collector should be carried out to check whether the parts are intact. If any damage or deformation is found, they must be repaired and repaired before installation. The dust collector bag should be checked to see if the size is appropriate and the sewing place is secure. If any broken jump wire is found, it should be repaired before being installed on the frame. The wound must be tied reliably to prevent air leakage.
Check the frame of the dust collector carefully. If desoldering, bending or burrs are found, repair them before installing the filter bag.
A special rubber pad should be used between the filter bag frame interface and the porous plate, and it is required that the pressure plate should not leak after being tightened.
The installation foundation of the dust collector should be on the same level. If it is uneven, it can be leveled with a thin steel plate to prevent deformation of the dust collector.
After the blow pipe is fixed, its blow hole should be aligned with the center of the venturi tube, and the deviation should be within millimeters.
The connection between the air bag, the electromagnetic pulse valve and the blow pipe should be reliably sealed and there should be no air leakage.
The door cover and air inlet and outlet flanges of the dust collector should be gasketed and sealed to ensure no leakage.
The air filter should be filled with filter material such as foam plastic absorbent cotton and equipped with a pressure indicating device and a safety valve.
The entire dust removal unit should be thoroughly inspected to confirm that there are no problems, and can only be put into use in the system after a trial run.
The installation of pulse controller and electromagnetic pulse valve should comply with the provisions of the product instruction manual.
The dust collector pipeline and ancillary equipment should be carefully painted and anti-corrosion treated.
When the dust collector is put into use in the system, the cleaning pulse width interval and period should be determined according to cleaning needs, the resistance loss and dust discharge of the dust collector should be checked, and the efficiency of the dust collector should be measured.
