When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay or micro-differential pressure controller outputs a signal, and the program control instrument Start working, open the pulse valves one by one, let the compressed air blow through the nozzle to clean the filter bag, causing the filter bag to suddenly expand. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag quickly breaks away from the filter bag and falls into the dust. In the hopper or ash bin, the dust is discharged from the ash discharge valve. After all the filter bags are blown and cleaned, the dust collector resumes normal operation.
