This thrustless compensator uses Pascal's theory in fluid mechanics and cleverly utilizes a closed annular steam chamber in its design structure. This steam chamber has two annular pressure surfaces, and one is a fixed inner end surface of the steam chamber. , the other is the annular surface of the shoulder of the telescopic tube sealed in the steam chamber, which is movable along with the telescopic tube. The area of this movable annular pressure surface is exactly equal to the constant cross-section of the telescopic tube. When compensation is working, under the action of the medium pressure, the pressure on the annular surface and the pressure on the cross-sectional area of the telescopic tube are equal, but in opposite directions. Therefore the two pressures cancel each other out. In this way, only the friction of the compensator pressing the packing is considered in the design of the bracket.
Mainly installed on steam pipelines, it has very good compensation performance and can withstand high pressure temperatures.
