An overview
This series of force transmission compensator is in duplex form and is mainly used for horizontally arranged rectangular cross-section flue ducts in power plants to absorb large lateral displacements and a small amount of shaft direction displacement. The hinge chute component inside the compensator can transfer the weight of the middle pipe section of the compensator (including structural parts, moisture retention, etc.) to the pipes at both ends to simplify the hanger arrangement of the pipes.
The compensator bellows adopts corrugated corners (see "Rectangular Filleted Compensator (Wave)"). Taking into account the actual applicable occasions, some small-diameter and large-diameter specifications have been deleted from the actual catalogue.
