2. Structure and working principle
This machine consists of two parts: crushing host system and vacuuming host system. The crushing host system consists of a feed hopper, machine body, rotor disc, screen, stator disc, discharge port and other parts. The main shaft is equipped with a rotor disk, and the crushing chamber is equipped with a stator disk. The rotor disk and the stator disk are equipped with different claws arranged in a certain pattern. When the main shaft runs at high speed, the rotor disk is driven to run at high speed, and the materials are thrown into the space between the claws. The gap is first broken under the combined effects of mutual impact, shearing, friction, etc. between the material and the claws or the materials. Driven by the air flow, the crushed materials are continuously hit, collided and rubbed by the tooth plate and screen along the outer edge of the rotor and are continuously and rapidly crushed. This machine is equipped with a screen. When the material is crushed to a size smaller than the diameter of the screen hole, it will quickly pass through the screen hole and fall into the discharge port below due to the centrifugal force of the rotor and gravity. The coarse material continues to be crushed until it passes through the screen and becomes the finished product. The particle size is determined by replacing the screen with different meshes. The vacuum host system consists of a dust collection room, a dust collection room, an induced draft fan room and a rack. The dust generated when the pulverizer is working is provided with wind force by the induced draft fan installed in the induced draft fan room. Under the action of the wind, the dust-containing gas enters the dust collection chamber, and the dust mixed in the air is collected by the dust bag, and the fresh air passes through the filter bag. The dust is discharged from the exhaust hole of the induced draft fan and collected in the dust box, which must be cleaned regularly.
